She loves to get all bundled up, she asks for her hat, mittens, & boots!!!

and she also asks for her rain jacket & umbrella!!! so we let her play out in the cold, I wonder why she was so sick for over a week, oops?!?!?

she had a slight fever but she was totally acting normal as we visited with the grandparents. grandpa was giving sylvia her 1st piano lesson. It always surprises me how gentle she is on the piano, never bangs. I hope she'll want to play it when she gets older.

So sick that she just layed down on the couch in morning and fell asleep, she has never done that!!! :(

Sylvia loves to hang & swing off of anything. Sometimes she even swings off of the pedestal sink in the bathroom, she's a little monkey!!

Hanukah presents, grandma & grandpa U were way too generous once again. The only problem with their presents is that they think Sylvia is all grown up already (roller skates, baseball bat?).

Not potty trained yet :(

OH, no Sylvia is not potty trained. She just wanted to wear the big girl underwear when she saw them. Of course we talk about using the potty & sit on it but that's as far as it's gotten. I must say she wore the underwear for 2 hours with no mess & then I put the diaper on & in 10 minutes, pee pee. So I think we will use the big girl underwear to help us potty train. My goal is before she turns 3, please!!!!

Last week was a fun & busy week! It started out with a Thanksgiving playdate (with the best mommas & kids in Atlanta!!). The 2 girls had such a great time, they were both asleep before I pulled out of the driveway (seriously!). Sylvia was very lucky to also have her Aunt Carrie from Cali. drop by the playdate.

Wenesday we (sylvia, gabby & aunt Cheri ) went to East Cobb Park played for a while & then had a picnic, fun times!

Then it was Thanksgiving Day. Sylvia was such the good host. She spent quality time with all of our guests. So, what am I most thankful for........our entire family. I am also thankful that my husband & I can cook up a mean turkey dinner (it was delisioso!!) LOL!!!

On Friday my sister, Sylvia & I went to an indoor jumping place. Sylvia's favorite thing there is the huge slide, check out her big smile in the picture above.

On Saturday we took a drive to a beautiful waterfall. Sylvia was upset because she literally wanted to keep climbing up the mountain & her mean parents wouldn't let her!!! After our hike we went to eat our favorite foods, Pho Noodles.

I'm not the bragging type but.......

She is just so pretty & I love her so much. Just wanted to say that for everyone to hear!

We try to go to a park at least every other day, it's a total workout for me but I need it. They just love it so much, until it's time to leave!

We went to Cagles Dairy Farm, wasn't much of a pumpkin patch but Sylvia had fun just being free outside! The bottom right picture she is sharing some of the best milk in the world with Dada!!

Well, I had no luck dressing Sylvia up in her custome at the Halloween party but she did finally get in it on Halloween night & had fun being a duck. I'm sorry, I know it's dark at first but I love what she says.

Gabriella is with us this week!

Gabriella spent the week with Sylvia & I. It's been a lot of fun for Sylvia & me. Gabriella seems so comfortable with us & that makes feel really great. I tried to take them to parks a few times, they have a great time but what a workout for me! We've also done lots of arts & crafts, thanks to Aunt Cheri for giving me some ideas. They played so nicely together, never an argument or a cry or any problem with sharing, absoloutely amazing! Such good girls! I was also very happy to see them really interact more and more as the week went on.

Aunt Cheri keeps sending more dress up clothes, thank you! One of the outfits was a witch costume & one was butterfly wings and a head band with antenna's but it was more fun to dress up sweet Daisy (think she likes any attention these days :( ).

September 27th was Sylvia's 2nd Birthday!! The night before we put together the awesome play kitchen from Grandma & Grandpa U. When she woke she was surprised & excited to see it, she had to check out every part. Thank you GrandMa & GrandDa! We then went to the Aquarium. She was into looking at the fish for oh maybe 10 minutes; of course we pretty much expected that. She did have a great time being free & running from exhibit to exhibit. We celebrated that night with cupcakes, she did pretty good blowing out the candles. By the way, she will tell you how old she is if you ask!! Sunday was the real celebration. Thank you everyone who came & Thank you for all the great gifts!! Sylvia seemed to really enjoy her 2nd birthday party. We missed all of you who couldn't be here, Thank you too for the thoughtful gifts!!
